Comet 10P/Tempel 2 is a periodic comet that returns every 5.4 years. Currently visible in Capricornus with binoculars or a small telescope, it features a bright green coma and a rare dust trail stretching along its orbit rather than a traditional tail pointing away from the Sun. The comet reaches perihelion on August 2 and makes its closest approach to Earth on August 3, making this an excellent time to observe it.
Building From Example
We’re using the Athena V2 Iteration V18 from Sketchfab as the starting point for exploring the design and control of an actively guided rocket. This detailed model helps us understand the fundamentals of rocket framing, control systems, and coding needed for stabilization and flight.
